TBP’s youngest students recently experienced the power of voting firsthand, participating in engaging mock elections that highlighted the importance of civic engagement.
Twenty 3rd and 4th grade students at TPB’s Panola campus captivated parents and staff with an open practice and performance on Wednesday, October 16. The event marked the culmination of the Texas Ballet Theater’s City Dance program, an eight-week initiative designed to introduce young students to the world of dance.
Trinity Basin Preparatory proudly participated in the Gran Fiestas Patrias parade on September 14 as members of the Grand Prairie Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. This vibrant event brought the community together, with TBP Titans and their families representing the school with pride.
On September 17, TBP celebrated National IT Day by shining a spotlight on the dedicated team that keeps our tech systems running smoothly and our campuses connected—our very own Tech Titans! Led by Trey Garbers, Director of IT Services, the team works tirelessly behind the scenes to support teachers, students, and staff in every aspect of technology.
Two TBP alumni, Fernando Venegas and Ricardo Chavez, have returned to their school community as interns from Cristo Rey High School, working with the Student Recruitment team led by Laura Rios. Both students attended TBP during their elementary and middle school years and now contribute to recruitment efforts with their unique perspective.
The Panola Campus once again partners with the Texas Ballet Theater for their City Dance program. This year, 3rd and 4th-grade students will have the unique opportunity to participate in ballet classes led by a professional dancer from the Texas Ballet Theater.
